Terms of Use

By downloading or using FTMP (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & purchases (FTMP Pro)

• FTMP offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase that unlock "Pro" features. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Any free-trial or introductory offer applies once per eligible Apple ID; unused trial time is forfeited on purchase of a subscription.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchases can be restored in the App.
• Pro may also be earned for free by reaching Level 15 through normal play; earned access is not a purchase and confers no monetary value.

3. Your content (My Team)

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share via the App (including team names, player information and photos). You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it is lawful. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that you are not permitted to share. We may remove content or restrict access to protect users or comply with law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering (except as permitted by law), automated scraping, interference with its operation or security, or use that violates any applicable law.

5. Football data & intellectual property

FTMP is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, competition, or governing body. Club, competition and player names are used for identification and informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. All FTMP software, design and original content are owned by us or our licensors.

6. Disclaimers

The App and its data (including statistics, valuations and simulated results) are provided "as is" for entertainment only, without warranties of any kind, and may contain inaccuracies. Simulated match outcomes and odds are fictional and are not betting or gambling services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
